Shipping policy
Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 we are experiencing some delays in shipping.
Domestic Shipping
Pieces usually ship in 3-5 business days from the date of payment via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. USPS First Class Mail usually takes between 3-4 business days to ship within the United States but is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the destination.
If you need your piece sooner than that please email me, lauren@radianceandromance.com. I will do my best to accommodate you. Rush orders may incur an additional fee for faster processing and shipping. The selection of USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express will incur an extra fee.
International Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination but can take up to 10 days or more. If you're shipping to destinations outside the United States, you're responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Radiance & Romance is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, customs, or miscellaneous charges that may be incurred through international shipping. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Radiance & Romance is not responsible for delays in customs. If a shipment is undeliverable or refused abroad and is delivered back to us, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom Orders
Custom pieces and special orders are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and could take up to three weeks or more to be processed.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we can't be held responsible. Please make sure to use a shipping address that's secure.
Returns
