Refund policy
We accept returns for refunds from online sales within 14 days of delivery. Sales are final on all items purchased at all live events or pop-ups, international shipments, discounted items, and custom pieces.
All returns must be pre-authorized via email. Please email lauren@radianceandromance.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for the return and wait for a return approval.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn/unused, and returned in its original packaging. You must include your name and order number in the package in order for your return to be processed.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping service, and purchase shipping insurance for the value of the item. Radiance & Romance doesn’t refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio. Please be sure to package with extra padding and include secure tracking and insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon approval, we will issue a refund of the item amount minus any shipping costs to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
IMPORTANT: Please note that in order to receive a refund, the item MUST go through the process above to be approved. Radiance & Romance is not liable for items returned without prior notification or approval. These items will not be accepted and we can not issue you a refund.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Damaged Items: If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact lauren@radianceandromance.com immediately with a clear description of the item, what’s wrong with it, and include a photograph.
Repairs: We do repairs on material defects within one year of purchase. If your piece needs to be repaired, please email lauren@radianceandromance.com. All shipping costs on items for repair are the responsibility of the customer.
